As an Owner’s Advisor, we serve in an independent, advisory role—supporting owners throughout the lifecycle of a construction project by helping them evaluate information, understand risk, and make informed decisions. Our mission is to provide balanced, impartial, independent, and expert guidance that empowers owners to protect schedule, budget, and quality objectives through informed decision-making and proactive risk awareness.

On this website, the term “advocate” is used in the professional advisory sense only—meaning we support owners by helping them evaluate information, understand risk, and make informed decisions. It does not imply agency, authority to act on the Owner’s behalf, or control of the Project or Project participants.
