Urban Adaptive Reuse & Historic Renovation

Award-Winning Urban Worship Facility

Renovation and adaptive reuse of a historic 1930s automobile dealership into a contemporary worship environment. The project included environmental abatement, selective demolition, and renovation while preserving the character of the original structure. Exposed brick, steel, glass, concrete, and building systems were intentionally retained to maintain the building's urban industrial identity while creating functional worship, ministry, and gathering spaces. Recognized with an ENR Texas & Louisiana Best Projects Award of Merit in the Small Project Category (Under $10 Million).

Olympic-Size Indoor Swimming Facility

Development of a competition-grade indoor swimming facility designed to support training, competitive events, and aquatic programming. The project incorporated specialized aquatic systems, technical building infrastructure, and extensive coordination among ownership, major stakeholders, design professionals, and construction teams. Critical schedule planning was required due to environmental restrictions associated with protected Golden-cheeked Warbler habitat and the procurement of specialized aquatic components manufactured overseas. Construction activities and procurement timelines were carefully coordinated to align permitting requirements, stakeholder expectations, international manufacturing schedules, and project milestones.
