Addition of a new sanctuary and bell tower to an active parish campus while maintaining connectivity with existing worship and ministry facilities. The project transformed a former exterior circulation route into an interior campus connection, creating a unified worship environment while supporting continued parish operations throughout planning, design, and construction. The completed addition expanded worship capacity, enhanced campus functionality, and seamlessly integrated new and existing ministry spaces.

Redevelopment of an active parish campus incorporating selective demolition, site improvements, and construction of a new 800-seat sanctuary integrated with existing ministry, educational, and support facilities. The project required coordination among church leadership, consultants, contractors, and parish stakeholders while maintaining ongoing campus operations throughout planning, design, and construction. Urban Adaptive Reuse & Historic Renovation

Award-Winning Urban Worship Facility

Renovation and adaptive reuse of a historic 1930s automobile dealership into a contemporary worship environment. The project included environmental abatement, selective demolition, and renovation while preserving the character of the original structure. Exposed brick, steel, glass, concrete, and building systems were intentionally retained to maintain the building's urban industrial identity while creating functional worship, ministry, and gathering spaces. Recognized with an ENR Texas & Louisiana Best Projects Award of Merit in the Small Project Category (Under $10 Million).

Project 03

Competition Aquatics Facility

Olympic-Size Indoor Swimming Facility

Development of a competition-grade indoor swimming facility designed to support training, competitive events, and aquatic programming. The project incorporated specialized aquatic systems, technical building infrastructure, and extensive coordination among ownership, major stakeholders, design professionals, and construction teams. Critical schedule planning was required due to environmental restrictions associated with protected Golden-cheeked Warbler habitat and the procurement of specialized aquatic components manufactured overseas. Construction activities and procurement timelines were carefully coordinated to align permitting requirements, stakeholder expectations, international manufacturing schedules, and project milestones.

Originally constructed as a residence and later converted into school offices, the building retained many characteristics of its former residential layout.
