Sean's background spans architecture, land surveying, engineering coordination, construction, planning, development, and owner advisory services. Experience on multiple sides of the table provides a broader perspective on how decisions affect cost, schedule, constructability, coordination, and long-term project outcomes.
Understanding the priorities, responsibilities, and constraints faced by owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors helps create alignment rather than conflict. This multidisciplinary perspective helps owners evaluate tradeoffs, identify risks earlier, improve communication, and make informed decisions with greater confidence.
